The best thing you can do to make your studying more effective and valuable is find ways of increasing focus! oils are known for their properties that help relieve pain or relax, but there's also many which work great when it comes time-to study. Focusing on something means being able to think clearly so these essential oils will come in handy around midterms season coming up soon enough.

Lemon essential oil has been proven to improve mood and outlook, which is definitely something every student could use here and there! Rather than continuing your stressful state of mind (and ruining the next test), try using some lemongrass for a more relaxing environment where studying becomes much easier.
